Horror Stories
Monsters, murder, and mayhem! When people get to know me, they find out I have anxiety issues, and I love horror. While I avoid scary situations in real life, when it comes to fiction, I love to read, write, and watch anything frightening. This may seem like a contradiction, but to me, it makes total sense.
The horror genre is like a roller coaster: a great way to experience fear safely, and triumph over it. When you survive a carnival ride or a scary story, you feel stronger, ready to take on the world – maybe even some real dangers.
I hope these stories scare you and give you something creepy to think about later, preferably while you’re trying to sleep. I also hope they make your real-world fears feel smaller, and give you the courage to do that scary thing you’ve been putting off for so long. Demand that raise! Ask out that cutie! Rub silver on that werewolf! You’ve got this!

- Id – A man working a dead-end job in Vegas finally has a win, or so he thinks. Could a tiny demon help him cheat his way to a better life?
- Oxygen – An experimental cologne leads to a different kind of zombie story.
- So a Woman Walks Into a Bar… – A short horror story about a woman with strange appetites and a man who learns that, if you aren’t careful, love will eat you alive.
- The Sound of Charlotte – A short horror story about love and obsession. What’s more dangerous than an old fashioned straight razor?
- Deathbed Tale – A man gathers his family at his deathbed to tell them a disturbing family secret.
- Voiders – A creepy tale about monsters in the walls, and the importance of always doing your laundry.
- Burn the Bones at Midnight – You made a deal with a demon, and your girlfriend ended up dead. Why not try again? What’s the worst that can happen?
- Comedy Horror Stories:
- Demonic Demotion – Even demons aren’t immune to office politics. The demon Fenriz is demoted and finds out that Ouija board duty is worse torture than anything hell has to offer.
